As the dental industry evolves, new challenges arise, and only the best-prepared dental professionals will be able to tackle them. However, it seems that recent graduates are struggling to do so. Is there a way to better prepare dentists entering the space for these new challenges?
Dr. Amrita R. Patel is a general dentist in private practice with her father, endodontist Dr. Rohit Z. Patel, in Westchester County, New York. She is the director of Member Benefits for the American Association of Women Dentists and is on the NYU College of Dentistry Alumni Association board.
