Raised in a Pentecostal christian household as the pastor's son, Paulson learned a few things about audiences and keeping God first above any business adventure. 

Ranging from organization behavior and operations he grew up in the environment of people management at a very young age. 

With hands on clinical experience of 13 plus years in Radiology allowed him to understand how physicians' function and also how healthcare giants grow at a rapid pace. 

Few expensive receipts like my MBA in Finance gave me the insight for leadership and a deeper dive into organizational culture and vision which allows him to really provide a shoulder to shoulder approach with practice owners.
