opportunity to take on tough, turn-around situations as a hospital
CEO and Surgical Center CEO transforming near-bankrupt entities
back to profitability. He is the author of the Amazon best
seller: Flip Your Focus – Igniting People, Profits and Performance
through Upside-down Leadership.
He is on the faculty of Gordon Christensen's Practical Clinical
Courses, and has spoken at the Hinman, AADOM, AADPA, and is
speaking at Chicago Mid Winter this February.
