Sep 18, 2020

On this episode of the Raving Patients Podcast, Len sits down with Susan Leckowicz and Russell Mann to discuss the decisions to leave a large dental insurance company.

Takeaways from this episode include:

1. Making the decision to leave PPOs or reduce your dependence on them.  Knowing your patient numbers.

2. Having the right mindset, and verbal skills for the Dr. and the team to explain the change to the patients and have payment options.

3. Strategy to become more profitable, creating a membership plan, and creating the "Raving Patient" experience.

4. A marketing strategy, plan and tracking conversion and case agreement, is critical, to replace the patients who will leave and to start doing the type of dentistry you really want to focus on.
